Returns and Exchange Policy


How to return merchandise:

You can make a return for exchange or refund for dissatisfaction within 14 days by proceeding as follows:

  1. Pack your package in its original packaging.
  2. Contact the service link on mentioning Return in the object, and your order number and the reason.
  3. Our return service will send you a return label,you must stick it legibly on your package before sending.
  4. You will receive your refund on the payment method used once the package has been received and verified.
  5. The shipment will be at your expense except in special cases (products not in accordance with the order, errors during the preparation of the package etc) ** If you have opted for the delivery method in relay point “UPS access point” when ordering, returns will be free. For the return voucher please contact customer service.

Conditions relating to returns and exchanges:

  1. To be returned, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.
  2. Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the labels, as well as any corresponding accessories and user manuals. No refunds or exchanges will be made if the returned items are incomplete, damaged or soiled.


  1. Please return the item(s) to us following the return procedure, as explained in the previous section.
  2. Please indicate on the return form the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, as well as the colour and size of the new item requested. Please then include the completed return form inside the package containing the returned item.
  3. The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Your replacement order will be sent to you via UPS or Colissimo.
  5. Once the exchange procedure is finalized, you will receive an email notification.
