I am unhappy with my order, can I place a refund?

In order to protect us as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective condition. You must submit photos and/or video evidence in a reasonable doubt to our contact@lilidiscount.com support team to be eligible for a refund. Once the proofs are received and verified, you can ship the product to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide to you to be eligible for a full refund. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds, but we may process an exchange for you following the same guidelines as above if it arrives in a defective condition.

If I enter my email address, do you sell my information?

  1. We do not sell information to our customers. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
